"We crave starting off our early mornings with a piping hot beverage, but what if that drink could also help with our indigestion or maybe mental fatigue?"
Let me ask you, how would that change your life? Imagine? Beauty, vibrant energy, happiness!
Sometimes small habits bring the most joy. Anthropologists will point out that routines and rituals are the stuff of human civilization. But routines also tell us who we are. And further to that, habits form the fabric of our lives. Is my life a rich tapestry or a shredded cloth? That is the question of the day. We are suggesting a new habit that will soothe and calm the soul. An ancient habit that is delicious, a relaxation technique really. Honestly it is drug free, and time saving because it gets you in your zone. It is a tool for everyday.
The world can take you off course. And rather than being reactive under other people's priorities, it's important to be leading proactive lives - advancing our own priorities, that is. Routines keep you on course, are far from being restrictive. Routines create freedom!
Honestly my habits and rituals keep me feeling at my best. I think of them in the context of the professional athlete. The best tennis players don't just show up on the court and play awesomely. They have engaged in rituals off the court, before the day, which have allowed them to get themselves into the best state of mind and body.
Would you like to be in the best state of mind and body? Picture yourself at a really high frequency, where you attract to yourself the best people and you are living in balance. Isn't that what we all want?
I suggest to you, a holistic life starts with small habits. I present to you an age old habit.
